These were all passed
Constitutional Amendment about figuring out meeting times:
Article I Section A Number 1:Meeting times will be decided at the beginning of the semester by E-Board. If just one member of the BIG community raises issue with meeting times, a survey will be made; if that person is an E-Board member, that member is responsible for the survey. No more than 2 surveys will be sent out per semester.
Constitutional Amendment about E-Board responsibility
Article III Section B Number 5: At the beginning of each semester E-Board will review their responsibilities, divide up any ambiguous responsibilities (example: the blog), and draw up an E-Board constitution for that semester.
Constitutional Amendment for Community Meeting:
Article I Section D of will change to: Space for the BIG community (not just E-Board members) to voice opinions must be created during a 'Community Meeting' or sometime during normal dialogues, during E-Board meetings.
Constitutional Amendment for Impeachment
Article III, Section G, Number 3: If someone who has previously been impeached, wants to run for a position on the big E-Board they must present in writing reasons why they believe they will now be able to fulfill their duties. A majority vote of BIG members is required to confirm confidence in the individual's ability to fulfill the required duties if elected. The individual will then be able to run for e-board. If any individual is impeached twice, they will no longer be able to run for any BIG e-board position.
We will have elections for the positions of External Communications Coordinator and Community Service Coordinator when we return from the break.
Thank you all for coming to BIG this semester, I hope to see you and more people in the future!
